Covid-19 PCR Testing
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to appointment can be refunded in full minus a £15 administration fee per test.
What happens next?
You will arrive at our testing centre; your details will be taken, and you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire. Your swab test will then be performed by one of our testing technicians, who will explain in full the nature of the procedure before they proceed. The whole procedure from start to finish will take around 15 minutes on average to complete.
Your result will be emailed to you directly from the laboratory in the form of a pdf certificate of analysis which can be printed off to be used as a travel certificate, and will be dated as when sample confirmed. Please note that it can take a minimum of 48 hours or longer to receive your certificate from the laboratory. We cannot guarantee you will receive your certificate from the laboratory on time to fit with flight arrangements, we work on a ‘best endeavour’ arrangement. Please do not book a test with us if you are concerned about receiving your certificate within a specific time frame.
Your Passport number can be added to the certificate, which will help if travelling abroad.
