What happens next?

You will arrive at our testing centre; your details will be taken, and you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire. Your swab test will then be performed by one of our testing technicians, who will explain in full the nature of the procedure before they proceed. The whole procedure from start to finish will take around 15 minutes on average to complete.

Your result will be emailed to you in the form of a pdf certificate of analysis which can be printed off to be used as a travel certificate, and will be dated as when sample confirmed. It can take on average from 24 – 48 hours after the test has arrived at the Lab, for the result to be returned. (based on the current levels of PCR testing no guarantee can be given on timescales).

Your Passport number can be added to the certificate, which will help if travelling abroad.
