Before you travel back to the UK You must complete a passenger locator form and self-isolate along with members of your household. You will be asked to supply a Booking reference number, Black and Banton will supply you with the number at the time of Booking via email receipt. It is also likely you will be asked to provide proof of booking at your place of departure. So it is Advisable to have you booking reference to hand whilst travelling.
Before you book your test it is prudent to check your travel corridor for Amber and Red Listed Counries. The latest list of Red listed countries can be found here

What happens next?
Before you book your test please make sure you have the following information at hand.
1. Your Passport No or ID Card Reference Number
2. The address where you will self-isolate.
3. The date you arrived in the UK
4. Your Flight / Vessel / Coach / Train Number
5. Information about your travel / flight. The countries you travelled through or transited during your journey.
6. You will also need an active email address, to receive your results.
When you book your test, you will need to fill in all the fields to proceed.
Fill in the date and time you want to book the test, then proceed to the payment.
Once complete you will receive an email with your booking confirmation.
For self Swabbing your kit will be sent to you with a succinct instruction on how to self swab.
You will also be sent a submission form to complete, This form will need to be emailed back to Black and Banton. We will check all the detail and formatting are correct then forward on the the Lab for processing.
Arrive at our test centre with your booking confirmation and your passport.
Your test will be carried out by one of our friendly qualified clinicians.
Your sample will be couriered to the Laboratory for processing. You will be sent an email with your result within 24/48 hours.
Terms & Conditions
Black and Banton provides screening on a best endeavour’s basis using test kits approved for use in the UK and Europe. Testing provides a historic, momentary result. An individual’s health status can change between sampling and reporting of the result. All results are based on the sample specimen provided and do not consider any clinical assessment or patient diagnosis.
This test is designed as a screening test for asymptomatic and symptomatic individuals alike and for groups for travel or other purposes. In the event of a positive result and/or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, please follow current government guidelines and arrange for a confirmatory test via the National Health Service.
Covid-19 is a notifiable diseases and the testing lab has a responsibility to inform Public Health England when a result is recorded as positive. You as an individual have an obligation to inform your Employer, GP and Track and Trace of your positive result.
Due to the constantly changing rules and regulations, individuals are responsible to assess the suitability of this test against the test requirements for their airline/destination country. Black and Banton is unable to provide any advice or guidance with regards to acceptance criteria for airlines/countries and accepts no liability for this.
Day 2 and Day 8
By booking an appointment for a PCR test, you understand that Black and Banton can share your data with the laboratory, who will be processing your sample and providing you with a certificate containing your test result directly.
Also understand that Black and Banton are in no way responsible for the turnaround of your results and/or issues with flights or working issues. There is no guarantee from Black and Banton that you will receive your results within 48 hours, as your sample is processed by an independent laboratory.
